Sprockids San Diego

About Us
Sprockids is an instructional program designed to engage young people, ages 5 to 18, in mountain biking. Biking provides a positive focus for youth, develops self-esteem, provides kids with a strong sense of community, and introduces them to a healthy active lifestyle. The program teaches off-road skills through drills, games, and fun activities, while tracking individual progress. Sprockids leaves no kid on the sidelines, cyclists of all abilities are celebrated and invited to participate.

What parents say...

Sprockids' after-school program made such a difference in helping my son to develop confidence and a love of the outdoors! In the past, he was challenged with the competitive nature of sports and activities that he enrolled in, but he has found resounding success with mountain biking, all because of Sprockids' positive, no kid on the sidelines approach. Now, instead of staying inside to play video games, my son regularly asks us to get outside and go on a bike ride!
